Facility partners

Your courts.
Our league engine.

You don’t have a courts problem — you have a reason-to-come-back problem. The Gauntlet is a recurring competitive night your members plan their week around, run on your courts by the platform, not by your staff.

It already worked once: the Colorado Springs pilot filled on word of mouth alone — 88 players, sold out, zero marketing spend. Denver is on the calendar; Birmingham is next.

The division of labor

You bring three things.
We bring the rest.

You bring

Courts and a date

Your community — the pilot filled on word of mouth

Somebody who wants their venue to be where the city plays

Registration & payments

Players register and pay online. Caps are enforced, fields are visible, and walk-ups are handled at the desk.

Seeding & schedule, generated

Enter nothing. The platform seeds Divisions by DUPR and lays out every court and round.

Live boards & QR scoring

Scores come off players' phones through per-court QR codes. Standings move on the venue TVs as they land.

DUPR submission, optional

Run a night DUPR-rated or let each player choose. Results submit automatically for everyone who opts in — no spreadsheets, no complaints at the desk.

Your city's own site

A city hub with leaderboards, a ladder, founders and every event — the page your members check on Tuesday.

A director console

Running a Gauntlet night is a checklist, not a skill. Create an event in under five minutes; finalize it the same night.

The economics, out loud

A full night is real money
on your courts.

72 players × $65

≈ $4,700 gross entries

what a sold-out City Gauntlet weekend puts through your building — before the bar, the pro shop, and the members it signs up

Per-event settlement

gross · platform fee · your share

every event closes against a line-item settlement statement you can see — no pooled accounting, no quarter-end mystery

Terms before commitment

your split, agreed in the pilot

the operator share is set in your pilot terms, in writing, before the first night — not a number a website guessed for you

Registrations run through the central Pro-Am Gauntlet payment rails, so your staff never touches a refund, a chargeback, or a cash box dispute — and a recurring Tuesday night is worth more than the gate: it’s the reason a membership doesn’t lapse.

What your director sees

The console is the product.
Here it is.

Your director — your staff member, or one we help you find — runs the whole lifecycle from one portal: create, register, run live, finalize, settle. These are the actual screens, shown with demo data.

Director portal — Create

Create

The five-minute wizard — pick a template, set the date, publish. Score-entry protection is on from the first minute.

Director portal — Run

Run

The live board on the night — schedule generated, scores landing from phones, standings moving.

Director portal — Score

Score

The printable QR pack — one code per court, one at the desk. Nobody types a URL at 8 PM.

Director portal — Launch

Launch

The launch checklist on your director's dashboard — the playbook, derived live from your city's own data.

What saying yes commits you to

A demo, then a 90-day pilot.
Gates agreed up front.

01

The demo night

Eight of your people, real accounts, a live game on your courts — and their ratings moving on the screen afterwards. That's the sales pitch, played.

02

The 90-day pilot

Your city goes up on the platform, a director from your side gets the console and a launch checklist: seed the ladder, run two Rec nights, first City Gauntlet inside 60 days. Success gates agreed before anything is signed.

03

Your city, live

Hub public, boards live, the calendar recurring. You keep the courts and the community; the brand, format, points engine and payment rails stay central.

If you run more than one location

Two of your clubs is a rivalry.

Each site runs its own night. The top finishers across them earn a regional qualifier, and one location hosts the final — the room everybody in the network is trying to reach. A marketing asset you already own and can’t currently use.

Talk to a person

Every inquiry lands
with Nick Hagan.

No queue, no ticket. Nick handles facility partnerships and replies within two business days— usually with two or three dates for the demo night, because that’s the fastest way for both sides to know.

Run a Gauntlet on your courts

Let’s put a date on it

No deck. We bring the platform to your courts and run a real session with eight of your people — about ninety minutes, and they keep the accounts.
